Our Mission

Growing with Purpose

Operating directly behind the Jerry D. Coleman Community Center / Fairfield Senior Center, Project Full Plate (also known as Creative Enrichment’s Full Plate) is a community-focused garden designed to support well-being through sustainable agriculture, direct food access, and expert-guided educational programming. We believe everyone deserves access to healthy, fresh food. Through local teamwork, we turn shared land into an abundant source of nourishment and knowledge for our neighbors.

We regularly harvest, bag, and safely distribute organic, nutritious produce to local households in need across the Fairfield area.

Senior-Led Project

Our garden is uniquely and primarily maintained by dedicated local senior citizens participating in community center programs.

Partnering with regional specialists to deliver hands-on training in sustainable agricultural science and holistic wellness cooking.
